This is achieved by tailoring our services to meet the precise needs of the client. Working with or unifying stakeholders on large multi-million-pound contracts or by providing an overall service for smaller works, ADCMS can meet your needs.
We have expertise in estimating, cost planning, tendering, bills of quantities, specifications and schedules of rates. We also offer and provide in-depth knowledge of Design & Build, JCT and management contracts. As well as drawing review, payment & valuations, procurement services, contract administration & the role of employer’s agent.

CASE STUDY
KFC STEVENAGE DRIVE THROUGH
An elaborate project involving multiple landowners, complex environmental issues prior to breaking ground, coupled with the contractual complexities of the tenant constructing the unit on behalf of the landlord. ADCMS’ knowledge and problem solving were fundamental in gaining legal exchange and planning permission on this project.
The project was constructed within a busy open retail park with minimal disruption to neighbouring tenants and it was ADCMS’ focused construction team management for the new prototype building, interior and kitchen designs that were instrumental in completing the project within a tight time frame, on budget and to a superior standard.
