AN ELABORATE PROJECT INVOLVING MULTIPLE LANDOWNERS, COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES PRIOR TO BREAKING GROUND, COUPLED WITH THE CONTRACTUAL COMPLEXITIES OF THE TENANT CONSTRUCTING THE UNIT ON BEHALF OF THE LANDLORD. ADCMS’S KNOWLEDGE AND PROBLEM SOLVING WERE FUNDAMENTAL IN GAINING LEGAL EXCHANGE AND PLANNING PERMISSION ON THIS PROJECT.
THE PROJECT WAS CONSTRUCTED WITHIN A BUSY OPEN RETAIL PARK WITH MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO NEIGHBOURING TENANTS AND IT WAS ADCMS’S FOCUSED CONSTRUCTION TEAM MANAGEMENT FOR THE NEW PROTOTYPE BUILDING, INTERIOR AND KITCHEN DESIGNS THAT WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN COMPLETING THE PROJECT WITHIN A TIGHT TIME FRAME, ON BUDGET AND TO A SUPERIOR STANDARD.
